Chia seeds is the super-food par excellence? why ?
They are generally used to boost their smoothies or to mix them with vegetable milk to obtain a kind of pudding (because the seeds become sticky when wet).
But it can also be made into a healthy drink by adapting a typical South American recipe, chia fresca, which is a lemonade to which is added a spoonful of chia seeds.
By removing the sugar, one gets an improved lemon water, to swallow the jump of the bed to hydrate, "detox" and fill up with good things.
Because the chia seeds contain a lot of proteins, but also soluble fibers, alpha-linolenic acid (a fatty acid of the family of omega-3), omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamin B9 , Calcium, magnesium, antioxidants and minerals. Banco!
Practical side : soak the chia seeds in a glass of water for a minimum of one hour. At the last moment, add the juice of half a lemon. Mix, enjoy.
