Chocolate tart with red fruits and cream Chantilly

I love chocolate and red fruit. To change the classic fluffy chocolate-red fruits-Chantilly, this dessert is perfect, in contrast! The recipe is very easy, especially if you are lucky enough to have a robot. You will immediately obtain a firm and homogeneous paste. Otherwise, you will have to show a little more patience, but it is very doable.

As for the material, I advise you to choose only individual molds if you want clear shares in the plate. When I cut the big pie, everything fucked the camp because the dough is too friable and the cream too ... creamy. The tartlets can be chewed directly, it is easier (but not necessarily hyper glamor to see, admittedly). Concerning the conservation, count 24 maxi because of the Chantilly.

I leave you with the recipe, very quickly!

🍪Red Chocolate Tart and Cream Chantilly

1 round mold (mine is 20 cm in diameter) or molds for tarts (at least 5)

For dough

📏240 g flour

📏40 g of cocoa powder

📏150 g butter ointment (soft)

📏100 g icing sugar

📏2 egg yolks

📏1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract or 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

For Chantilly cream

📏200 ml of liquid cream 30%

📏40 g icing sugar

📏1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

+ Strawberries, raspberries and blueberries

- Put flour, cocoa powder, vanilla and butter in a mixer (not a blender), like this, until it forms crumbs.

- Add the lightly beaten egg yolks and the icing sugar. Continue to mix until a paste forms. Out of the robot, form a ball with the dough.

- Wrap in a film and leave 30 minutes in the fridge.

- On a floured surface, spread the dough with a roll, to obtain a thickness of about 1/2 cm.

- Place in the molds. Cut off the excess with the blade of a fine knife.

- Pierce the base with a fork, cover with a cooking paper and place dry beans or rice to prevent the dough from rising. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 180 ° C. Let cool.

- Mix the cream with sugar and vanilla with an electric whisk until a fairly consistent texture is obtained.

- Spread the whipped cream on the tarts. Cover with red fruit and sprinkle with icing sugar.

- Put the pies in the fridge and take them out half an hour before serving. You can add mint leaves.

Hollywood/Bollywood what the difference

Long regarded as the poor relation of Hollywood, Bollywood has since shown that it was no longer intended to just play the second roles. Thanks to an impressive domestic market, it generates more and more money. Up to scare his big American brother?

1- Typing Force: Bollywood

Each year, Bollywood produces 1,600 films. His American counterpart is far from this figure with only 500 productions on the counter. Even China, with 700 achievements per year, is ahead! As for the number of entries in India, it brought in four billion dollars as compared to 1.5 billion dollars for the United States on their soil. A difference all the more remarkable as the average price of a ticket is fifty cents in India and seven dollars in the United States.

2- Revenues: Hollywood

Lost at the production level, Hollywood explodes its "competitor" in terms of income. In 2014, American cinema generated fifty billion dollars, against only two billion dollars for Bollywood. With an average growth rate of 10% per year, Bollywood is doing better than the United States (5% in 2014). However, even at this rate, it would take India more than seventy years to rise to the American level. Chennai Express, India's most revenue-generating film with nearly a hundred million dollars, is far from the two billion dollars earned by Avatar, the film reference in the field.

3- Internationalization: Hollywood

The success of American cinema lies in its supremacy at the world level. In Europe, American films represent 82% of the market. For comparison, Bollywood films do not exceed 1%. In India, the US film industry is about 14% of the market. Conversely, Bollywood represents only 0.7% of the US market where national productions are the law with 96% of the sector.

4- Marketing: Hollywood

To maintain its dominance, Hollywood invests heavily in communication. On average, the production of an American film costs $ 27.3 million in marketing. For comparison, this amount is only $ 500,000 for each Indian production. The gap is nevertheless reduced in the context of blockbusters. Now, Bollywood stars are better than defending themselves. Thus, according to Forbes, the richest film actor in the world, is Indian and is called Shahrukh Kahn. His fortune is estimated at $ 600 million. Second in this ranking, Tom Cruise is "satisfied" with $ 420 million.

5- Profitability: Hollywood

The cost of producing an American film is fifty million dollars on average, compared to only $ 1.5 million for Bollywood. The films with the average budget are no longer able to break through the competition of blockbusters. In this area, Hollywood always has a distinct advantage. Of the ten most profitable films of 2014, ten are American. With a budget of $ 210 million, the fourth component of Transformers generated global revenues of $ 1 billion.

Result: Hollywood: 4 - Bollywood: 1

Reflecting the American domination, Hollywood is still far ahead of Bollywood. Thanks to its international control, American cinema generates income that India, too dependent on its national market, can not match. However, Hollywood understood that the Indian market could be a source of opportunity. Since 2010, the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA), which brings together major studios, is expanding agreements to increase the number of Indian films shot in Hollywood. What if Hollywood succeeded in making Bollywood bankable abroad?

These foods that strengthen immunity

Infections Otorhinolaryngology, digestive, pulmonary ... In spite of our natural defences, it sometimes happens that we resist badly to the aggressions and that we fall ill. This vulnerability, nurse therapist Jean-Paul Curtay explains it in three points: we are too tired, we lack certain key nutrients and finally we consume foods that benefit infectious agents. Through immuno-nutrition, he explains how to strengthen our immunity by first optimizing our diet.

******************************************************

Magnesium to prevent our vulnerability

Magnesium plays a fundamental role as a "great balancer" in the face of all types of stress (thermal, chemical or psychological). In situations of stress, we mobilize a lot of attention and energy to find an answer, a solution. This explains why we are more tired and therefore more vulnerable to attacks, especially infectious. Moreover, with each stress situation (surprise effect, bad news, overwork ...), we still concommand a little more magnesium and end up missing. To improve our energy production and reduce our impact on stress, it is therefore essential to ensure good intake of magnesium.

Where to find it?

First in mineralized waters (around 100 mg per liter). They can be used for cold and hot drinks, for soups, but also for cooking food that absorbs a lot of water such as rice, other cereals and pulses. They are also found in semi-complete or complete cereals, in pulses and soybeans, in green vegetables, in oilseeds (nuts, hazelnuts, almonds ...) and in seafood.

Zinc to boost our antibodies

Zinc is the most important mineral for anti-infectious defenses. It is particularly necessary for the production of our antibodies and our white blood cells, our two main defenders. However, 80% of the population does not receive the recommended intakes of 15 mg zinc per day, and more often the elderly, who absorb it less well than the others.

Where to find it?

Zinc is mainly hidden in proteins of animal origin: white and red meat, fish, crustaceans and seafood, eggs. As for the zinc contained in vegetables, it is very badly absorbed by the human organism. Vegetarians and vegans must therefore be even more attentive so as not to miss them.

Vitamin D for its preventive assets

Vitamin D is best known for improving calcium fixation on bones. It is commonly used in the prevention of rickets in babies and osteoporosis in the elderly. But new research has recently made it possible to know that this vitamin also had qualities in the prevention of certain frequent cancers (breast, prostate and colon) and diabetes, and that it was essential to the functioning of the white blood cells (still them) .

Where to find it?

Vitamin D is found in very low quantities in most foods, except in oily fish (salmon, sardines, tuna ...) and oils extracted from it (cod liver oil, halibut oil ...).

Who are our enemies, the foods that prevent us from being more resistant?

First there are the saturated acids of butter, cheeses, fries. They allow viruses and bacteria to forge stainless membranes that are unaffected by the corrosive substances secreted by the white blood cells to destroy them. In addition, we consume too much iron, mainly from meat. Iron is used by infectious agents as growth factors. But it must not be missing either, because it is also a cause of least resistance. It's all about balance. To these excesses of unfavorable nutrients are added pollutants present in foods and drinks which have negative effects on our anti-infectious defenses.

What do you recommend, in addition to a reflective diet, to optimize our defences?

It would be ideal to have a constant physical activity every day. Indeed, it is very important to maintain an optimal muscle mass, even more with age, because it is in it that is the glutamine, the main fuel of our white blood cells. It is also necessary to ensure a good sleep and a good management of his stress. Finally, to reduce pollutant loads, I recommend detoxification cures.

Testimonials: why I chose to switch to organic cosmetics

Fancy more naturalness and authenticity, desire to preserve the planet or fear of potentially dangerous chemical ingredients ... There are a thousand reasons why we can choose organic beauty. Two women and a man who crossed this path tell what motivated them and what they got.

Mathilde, 27 years old: More beautiful hair and feeling less toxic

"I started using organic shampoos and conditioners. I quickly realized that with them, my hair greased less quickly and was less dry. They breathed and naturally kept their own texture and not that artificial suppleness created by an excess of product. Now I only wash my hair twice a week. And I only need to go to the hairdresser every six months, whereas before I had to go every three months because of the pitchforks. This natural aspect pleased me and made me want to go further. I now buy my serums, shampoos, scrubs, facial creams, all organic, at Holland & Barret, a store that offers quality products here in London.

This change made me feel good, and it costs less! I buy 12 euros a big bottle of shampoo Naturado - a brand that I like because it uses regional products - and it lasts 11 months ... At first I was dislodged by the shampoo that does not foam but we Get used to it quickly.

In general, I am more sensitive to the origin of the products, their composition, I like to make my masks myself with argan oil, coconut butter, jojoba oil. Changing toothpaste was also very beneficial, the bio foam less so I brush my teeth less violently: so I have less bleeding. And then, it's surely mental but I feel less toxic! "

Danny, 38, sports coach: I hunt chemical formulas for my health

"I am a sports coach and I realized that it was essential to rethink all my food and that of my family. I hunt for preservatives and colorants in what I eat for my physical condition and for my health. I try to avoid industrial products to the maximum and I choose only organic fruits and vegetables. Naturally, I have the same questions about what I put on my skin and especially the deodorants, applied every day in the hollow of the arm. I abandoned the chemical formulas that limited perspiration and I switched to bio-based essential oils. The smell is a little strong when I put it in the morning, but it is effective for the day. "

Laetitia, 37, teacher: It is the fear of polluting that motivated me to choose the bio

"It all started when I was pregnant with my first child. A midwife warned me from my pregnancy about the impact of creams for the fetus. At the time, we were just beginning to talk about parabens in cosmetics or bisphenol in baby bottles. But the shock for me was terrible: I realized that the gestures of everyday life, our small beauty habits or the way we cook, could have a real impact on our health, but also that of my baby. It is a lot the fear of "polluting" us, "contaminating", it is true, that motivated me to switch to organic.

I started looking for info - I even attended a workshop to learn how to decipher complicated names and formulas on labels. I remember that at the time my stubbornness made a smile. It is true that I spent a lot, a lot of time at the beginning. But I found my fetish marks. I started by reducing the number of products in my bathroom, by limiting what I applied to my daughter. I chose baby soap carefully and for us parents, I started by changing toothpaste, deodorant and creams for the body and face.

I admit that at first I was very disconcerted by the textures: the shampoo or shower gel that does not foam, pasty toothpaste that does not foam either. The almost non-existent or very strong perfumes with essential oils also destabilized me. But the brands have made considerable progress since then and now I no longer notice the difference. In the end, I buy less products, I spend less because organic brands are not so expensive. And most of all, I feel more in agreement with myself. What good is eating organic fruits and vegetables for our health, lightening our meat meals for the planet, if we continue to spread creams enriched with chemicals? "

How to Stop suffering at work?

Stress, loneliness, harassment, burn-out ... Life at work is not always easy. And suffering, disillusions, are frequent. But if it is difficult to transform our professional world, it is possible for each of us to set limits. To protect themselves. The advice of Anne-Catherine Sabas, psychotherapist, to "work to live, not to survive".

As a result, many people do not realize that they are suffering. And find themselves, a few weeks or months later, on the edge of the abyss, burnout or depression. But it is possible to act before it is too late. The key ? Take the time to stop, and above all, to listen.

3 questions to ask yourself

How am I?

A question to be asked every day, according to Anne-Catherine Sabas. "In the morning, before setting foot on the floor, and in the evening, before falling asleep. And especially on Sunday evening and Monday morning. " The challenge ? "Do not lose contact with yourself".

Does what I live suit me?

Occupation, professional environment, colleagues, salary ... Of course, it is not possible to be fully satisfied with everything. But one thing remains fundamental for the psychotherapist: do a job that we like. Because "sometimes we suffer because we are simply not in our place".

What makes me suffer?

Motor for some, or, on the contrary, completely crippling for others ... Each of us, for example, has a different relationship to stress. "The question is to feel when you switch to ill-being. "

Listening to thinking, talking ...

"I have my back", "it takes me the head" ... "The stress that one can not manage is imprinted on our body," recalls Anne-Catherine Sabas. Any sign of great fatigue, pain, or any sleep disorder should therefore never be taken lightly.

Another warning signal: the inability to stop thinking. "If one is constantly in anxiety, the mental rumination is that already, something begins to escape us. "

Learning to ask and say no

But often difficult to ask, or say no. "Many conflicts come from fear of conflict. Conflict is often confused and confrontation! However, many situations can be resolved by a change of attitude, a framing ".

First thing to do: respecting - and enforcing - your personal needs. "If you do not like to be disturbed, for example, you have to be able to tell others that you need calm to concentrate."

But it happens that the situation turns to altercation. "There, we must begin by understanding why we feel anger. Writing what happens in us can help. Then, it is good to ask if this anger is justified, perhaps talking to someone. Then we need to clarify things point by point: were our expectations reasonable? What can we negotiate? ".

Coping with toxic personalities

Sometimes, suffering at work comes from difficult professional relationships. Humiliations, criticism, manipulation, even harassment, are the daily lot of many employees. "We must observe this kind of attitude with the most neutral look possible: is it we who interpret them wrongly? Who may be asking too much? Or are they socially unacceptable? Does this person behave badly with everyone? »...

Getting confronted with a pervert or manipulator is never easy. Hence the importance of seeking by all means to protect oneself. This often means, at first, to be silent. "A manipulator tends to return all your words against you. It is therefore necessary to prepare well what is said, to develop a strategy. Above all, we must work on the trust we have in ourselves, which is what will enable us to be able to say things peacefully. "

But sometimes, in vain. Only solution then: the leak. To "save your skin". She also asks to be well prepared. And above all, does not constitute a failure. "It is only a leak of something to get into something else ...".

Bounce

Often, when one has been a victim, the most difficult thing is to get out of this feeling of shame, of guilt that inhabits us. Notably that of having been had. Not to have seen anything coming.

"We must meet the victim in us, with great love and compassion. Once we have made peace with ourselves, we can emerge from this need that the other recognizes us, treats us better. There are people who can not be expected. "

Rebuilding after being a victim takes time. "The important thing is to understand that most of the time, it had nothing to do with us. It's just that we were hit in a flaw. It is therefore an opportunity to heal this wound that had not been suspected. To develop other qualities too: patience, humility, assertiveness ... ". The opportunity also to reconcile with oneself, to better bounce later.

10 things a man can - and should - do for the woman of her life

Many men find it difficult to express their feelings ... Do you see what people are talking about? Yet, as you know, you are trying to show him how much you love him. But it would seem that you men are more at ease with gestures than with words. So what should you do to conquer the woman of your life? Here are some examples !

1. Leave him the choice of film at the cinema

Is this the new Fast and Furious? Even if you want to see the last action movie that has just come out, you may have to ask your girlfriend what she would like to see. Who knows, you can be lucky, she could choose the same movie ... What? No more clichés! Know that there are many women who love this kind of cinema and who prefer it largely to romantic comedies. And if not, you can always opt for the theater to enjoy a live show and a subdued atmosphere ...

2. Tell her how beautiful you find her

All women like to receive compliments. Never forget-never, tell her how beautiful she is, especially if she has prepared herself more than usual. This is a golden rule! And in case of a situation opposite, that your girlfriend is without makeup, not hairdressing and in pajamas, tell him too ... In fact, tell him at every opportunity!

3. Give flowers

No need to wait for a special date like her birthday, Valentine's Day or your wedding anniversary to offer her a bouquet of flowers. Why not surprise her? For example, come home with two or three roses on a weekday ... She will love your gesture! You will have made it a more special day.

4. Tell him you like him

Remember the wise words of Stevie Wonder: "I just called to say I love you"! You can tell him through a text message, a WhatsApp, an email or a call ... What's simpler like little attention? And it's proven, it's good for your couple!

5. Romantic dinners

A little romanticism can bring a touch of magic to your relationship. A day when you have a little time, prepare him a surprise like a candlelit dinner. Women love men who cook ... If this is not your case, you can always go to dinner at the restaurant or order dinner before it arrives. The important thing is the attention. As the life coach Annie Germain notes in her article 9 secrets of happy couples, "The quality time passed to two is one of the ingredients favoring the conjugal happiness." So multiply the appointments for two!

6. Be gentleman

Be a gallant knight, outdated? Of course not ! But what exactly is it? The goal is to make your girlfriend happy, make her feel special ... How? Open the door of the car for him to climb, give him the passage by entering somewhere or offer him a dinner in a beautiful place. Warning ! You do not say you always have to pay! If it pleases her to invite you, let her do it ... It's also that, being a gentleman!

7. Show yourself affectionate

You know that a hug or a kiss holds unimaginable power. Especially when they arise spontaneously! Kiss her before going to work - when coming in too - take her hand in the street, wrap it when she sits by your side on the sofa ... And do not forget to show her the same signs Of affection before your friends! She will appreciate more!

8. Surprise it with sweet words

You can buy a book and dedicate it ... Or leave it a message somewhere in the house as in the refrigerator, on the mirror of the bathroom or even inside its bag - without looking into it! . She will be delighted to discover this message and will answer you!

9. Remind her that you love her in difficult times

Sometimes relationships are not fixed and then there are those few details that annoy you. What? Honestly there is only in movies that all goes well in the best of all worlds. You will go through more difficult times than others. This can be influenced by stress at work, family problems or just a lot of fatigue ... But if you love her - and she loves you too - you will be able to overcome them! Remind him that you still love him. It is always comforting to know that someone loves us and supports us.

10. Do not be afraid to show your sensitivity

You should not hide your problems and your sorrows ... Imagine if she did not explain why she is in a bad mood, huh ?! Put yourself in his place! And then, think of the comfort that she can bring you if you tell her what you have on the heart ... We all know that behind your smiles and muscles hides a sensitive being!

14 promises to keep your love relationship alive

1. I promise to conquer you every day:

The love and passion that characterize your relationship is like a fire: You must maintain them so that they do not run out of steam. Do not tell yourself that once you have spent a few years, you will not have to prove to your half that you deserve it. This must be a perpetual conquest.

2. I promise to trust you and do everything I can to be trusted myself:

One of the couple's cements-yes, there are many-is trust. Without it, you are likely to maintain a toxic relationship. This trust must not be perceived as an obligation but a will on the part of both.

3. I promise to make you vibrate every day:

Every moment that paced your life as a couple must be special, we must not forget the magic or the emotion that you have so much seduced both on the pretext that time passes and that the passion, inevitably, . Routine is most likely the primary cause of breakdown.

4. I promise to take care of you:

Having confidence, desire and protection: These are the three pillars of a relationship that promises to survive the decades. You yourself are necessarily aware that knowing that someone is watching over us is so good.

5. I promise to leave behind the past and enjoy with you the present moment:

No matter what you experienced 10 years ago, today you are together and in love, this is what you must remember and make your companion understand.

6. I promise to bring you breakfast in bed after a hard work week:

Lunch or something else: The idea is to spoil your half, show him that his well-being matters to you. Every morning must be different, a true concentrate of love.

7. I promise you that no one will be able to stand between us:

Your relationship, no one other than you can judge it, THEREFORE, nobody can intrude into it to sow the zizanie. No, you're stronger than that.

8. I promise not to judge you:

Again, it is really a matter of trust. Be sure your companion is making the right decisions, do not doubt him, at least not constantly. You have chosen him as he is, do not try to change him or make him doubt his choices.

9. I promise you loyalty:

Is there really a need to dig this point? No.

10. I promise you to fight for our love to last:

The routine should not dilute your passion, and to avoid any routine, you must above all promise to believe it. The rest will follow. Besides the routine, there are the vagaries of life, and these can not weaken your solid duo like the rock!.

11. I promise to forgive your mistakes:

Knowing to forgive and to leave aside an inadequate grudge is synonymous with maturity. Well, for all that, do not confine yourself to the role of turkey farce, but know to relativize and try to understand why your spouse has come to make a mistake. Or many.

12. I promise you an unalterable respect:

The promise to respect your companion every day of the year is not optional: You must respect the one with whom you will share your life, and this is valid even if your points of view diverge ...

13. I promise to listen to you and help you no matter when:

I will be the person to whom you can confide your secrets, your sorrows and your joys, and who will be able to help you if you need them ... This is a promise that is worth gold. We keep repeating it, communication is often the key.

14. I promise to be there at all times:

Knowing that your half will always be by your side is as reassuring as enjoyable. Your man probably thinks the same thing. Whether it's 2pm or 2am, whether it's a Saturday night or a Monday morning, you'll know how to make yourself available to your Jules.

All relationships are not idyllic, but if you and your companion are aware that for a relationship to be tough, you have to put yours in it, then you'll have chances for your duo to last for years. These 14 promises kept, and your couple will have beautiful years ahead of him.

How do brands use color psychology to manipulate their customers?

Certain brands are directly identifiable by their color. Coca-Cola red, Chanel black and gold or IKEA yellow allow them to be immediately identified.

The color a company uses to be identified also has significance. A brand can thus express the confidence that one can have in it, the quality of its products and much more.

Here is a color guide based on research by Karen Haller, expert in colors and their influence on your business. Let's see how different colors can cause some manipulation of your customers.

Yellow: fun and friendship

Yellow means ...

The brands using yellow want to express joy, optimism and friendship. Yellow is also the most visible color in daylight. Difficult to pass in a street and to ignore a sign to this color.

Brand using yellow

IKEA uses yellow in its logo, leaflets, ... even in its store. This means for the consumer that it is fun. Do not you go to IKEA with your family? I doubt your children will be bored.

Other major brands using yellow: Renault, Mc Donald, Amazon.com

Red: power and passion

Red means ...

Red is the color of power, power and passion. It also represents energy, courage and sensation.

Brand using red

Virgin used red since its inception. Richard Branson, its founder, wanted it to express the feeling of confidence and energy. A real success.

Other major brands using red: Ferrari, Kellogg's, Coca-Cola

Purple: luxury and fantasy

Purple means ...

Quality, luxury and decadence are associated with purple. Attention, it can sometimes seem too fanciful and not enough in touch with reality.

Brand using purple

Milka is the most famous of purple cows. The consumer feels the quality through this color.

Other major brands using the purple: Yahoo, Hallmark, Barbie

Black: prestige and exclusivity

Black means ...

Like the purple, black is a color of luxury. When properly used, black communicates prestige and exclusivity. Black is a color to which you will more easily grant your 'serious'.

Brand using black

Chanel's walleye and black make you think of products of unparalleled quality and exclusivity.

Other major brands using black: Yves-Saint-Laurent, Puma, Waterman

Orange: mischievous and cheerful

The orange means ...

The orange is gaiety. Companies using orange are perceived as joyful, fun and emphasizing social contact. The orange also represents physical comfort, like the sun and its warmth. But be careful when using orange, a brand can be judged incapable of being serious.

Brand using orange

The bank and insurance ING uses the orange in its logo, the lion. She expresses this 'ludic' aspect and compensates for it by the blue of ING, which brings its confidence and logic. We can not imagine a bank wanting to put the "fun" aspect forward.

Other major brands using orange: Fanta, Harley Davidson, Firefox

Brown: heat and reliability

Brown means ...

funny poem part 2

Poem of Sam

Pickled

A chest in vinegar,

In non-sour vinegar,

After four seasons,

It's still tits.

Would you have doubted it?

This cucurbitaceae

Is a good condiment

Because pungent while eating.

In green, of several tones.

Location of accompaniments.

Together in cooking.

In cucumber, nations

Font crops, eating it.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

It was like that

At home everything seemed to stop spontaneously;

In him everything was instantly damaged;

In him everything was repaired simultaneously;

In short, everything was happening fabulously at home.

When he had not yet put his foot down

On the land, Nice pressed his mother, he shouted,

He sulked and stamped with insistence

To be born because he always burned with impatience.

At his birth, without greeting his entourage,

Nice ran to the house full of courage

Because he wanted to see his little brothers.

He saw them and asked if they knew his father.

Zealous as he was, Nice skipped his childhood,

Absorbed puberty and adolescence

To reach adulthood, if one believes!

There was nothing to reproach; It was his right!

Singular as he was, he believed everything believed,

No cooking time, I myself did not believe

How this Nice often forgot to digest

After eating. Hard thing to manage!

It was not for this phenomenal being

Left * to exit before entering the room

Examination where it had occasion to conclude

His dissertations before introducing them.

Alas, our curious kid gave up

In sport the day before he was beaten

For having pierced the ball with the blow of the intestines,

He did not care because it was not his destiny.

Instead, he preferred to make music

Where he had a special gift of playing the unique

Instrument: the whistle. He had been

One hundred and nine in water, he was satisfied with it.

Immediately on the evening of his life, he remembered

Of all that he had previously esteemed vain;

He bought a bottle at the shop

For he had not suckled. Funny criticism!

He made himself the beard, a setting he did not know,

He loved, that he had not honored.

Little by little his energy was exhausted;

But the infernal envy of the meat grew

To the point that he crushed and swallowed his tongue;

From then on, life seemed long;

At his death, seeing that those who accompanied him

At the grave neglected his time to gain,

He took his cross, dug so fast and bury himself

To the living, he wrote: "Yesterday we shall see."

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Me chatterbox?

Me ! A talker!

That sees so much?

Oh ! Hoax!

True ? Does that mean?

Even in writing?

The flow of words,

You invaded

Full of echoes?

In your thoughts?

What crossroads,

To cross each other,

In detours.

In your actions?

To express,

Our relationships,

To communicate?
