?How to make concrete with adjuvants

The concrete is nowadays the most widely used material in the world, more than all other materials combined.
Concrete is a mixture precisely dosed cement, aggregates, water and admixtures which may vary depending on its uses.
Cement
The cement plays the role of binder of hydraulic concrete. The cement is composed of a mixture powder of lime and limestone clay that hardens with water. To make concrete or mortar, we use cement grey common said of Portland. It is generally sold in bags of 35 kg.

Sand Generally used of river sand or quarry rid of the impurities, and never in the sea sand or sand backfill. These contain elements that are harmful to the quality of the concrete and mortar.
The dosages are given most of the time in the volume of sand sec.
Gravel The gravel is composed of particles rocky smooth when they are from a river (it is the gravel the more sought after) or crushed when they originate from a career. It is imperative that the gravel is rid of the mud and dirt that it may contain before producing the concrete.
There are different sizes of gravel. The larger calibers are generally used for foundations and walls.
The resistance of the concrete will be greater that you will mix different sizes of gravel

Water Just like the other components of the mixture, the water must be clean. The dosage should demonstrate a level of attention : too much water in the concrete leads to the birth of cracks and loss of strength at the time of drying.

Adjuvants
The adjuvants (additives) are embedded in the concrete in small quantities (less than 10 kg/m3).
The superplastifiants or fluidifiants have properties similar to those of water-reducing, but with an efficiency much more important. They allow fluidités extreme, useful to produce concrete autoplaçants, or autonivelants. (self-levelling floor screed...)
Other additives are used to change the outlet and the hardening as accelerators of jack, which allow décoffrer quickly, or, on the contrary retardants, used to maintain the workability of concrete

The water mass make the concrete impervious to liquids, the coaches of the air will also make it insensitive to frost and products heated.

The association of cement-water generates reactions are extremely complex.
Silicates and aluminates develop during the phase of hydration. They then form a crystalline gel, which marks the beginning of the phenomenon of “decision“.
During the hardening phase, which can last several months, the multiplication of micro-crystals to increase the mechanical strength : the concrete turns into a real rock composite.

How to make concrete? The proportions of the mixture (according to prescription or DTU) For a bag of 35 kg of cement: 5 buckets of 10 liters of sand 8 buckets of 10 liters of gravel Approximately 17 liters of water   Turn your mixer on. For inside the gravel, half sand, and about half of the required amount of water. When the gravel and sand are mixed and wetted Uniformly, add the cement. Add A Few after-times the rest of the sand. To gradually from the water, Taking Care not to add more than expected. Let the blender run for A Few moments. The concrete shoulds-have a smooth, wet area and a bit oily. Finally to the concrete in a wheelbarrow, buckets, or Directly on your book and use it quickly. Orient the bowl of the mixer to the bottom to empty it of ict happy and wash with plenty of water. Sold Motorcycle for 77000 dollars in Texas: USA

Motorcycle B77 thousand dollars (70000$)
Sold motorcycle manufactured as a copy of the model display in the film "Tron: Legacy" B77 thousand dollars in Fort Worth, Texas, Saturday, May 2 / May.
This made motorcycle in 2012 from fiberglass and carbon and Kevlar material capable of carrying excessive loads.
Bike movement derives from an electric motor fed by lithium battery 96-volt effort.

For the thermal insulation material sometimes called fiberglass. For the glass fiber itself, also sometimes called fiberglass. For similar composite materials in which the reinforcement fiber is carbon fibers.
The properties of carbon fibers, such as high stiffness, high tensile strength, low weight, high chemical resistance, high temperature tolerance and low thermal expansion, make them very popular in aerospace, civil engineering, military, and motorsports, along with other competition sports. However, they are relatively expensive when compared to similar fibers, such as glass fibers or plastic fibers.

Efficiency building : Proposal from Isover company part 1

What is energy efficiency?

 The Energy efficiency

Energy efficiency is a fundamental element in our global fight against climate change. It plays a critical role in minimising the societal and environmental impacts of economic growth in developing and developed nations. Energy efficiency also has a crucial role improving every nation’s security of energy supply. In addition, these benefits can come without a price tag as is the case for insulation where it is easily possible to get five times your investment back in money saved.
Therole of energy efficiency in combating climate change and promoting sustainable development is well understood but it is often forgotten how important this role can be

The Energy Performance of Buildings Directive
Put into action in January 2006, the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) requires all 25 EU countries plus Norway and Switzerland to update their national building codes on a regular basis. Currently (2008), the EPBD is undergoing a revision. This revision is expected to introduce further requirements to the EU member states to enable the EU to reach its goals by ensuring even better energy efficiency in buildings.
The Energy End-use and Energy Services Directive
The Energy End-use and Energy Services Directive (ESD) seeks to reduce the amounts of energy required to deliver energy services to European citizens and businesses. A major part of the savings sought in this directive can be achieved through implementing practical energy saving measures, in particular in new and existing buildings. This directive is intended to facilitate the installation of the cost-effective measures available. Each member state must prepare a national energy efficiency action plan every three years.

Improving energy performance in EU

* The EU works to improve the overall energy performance of its member states in order to:Tackle climate change
* Face up to the challenge of secure, sustainable and competitive energyMake the European economy a model for sustainable development in the 21st century
*By the year 2020, the EU aims to reduce its CO2 emission by 20% compared to the 1990 level, and to increase energy efficiency by 20%. Two key European directives address the building challenge: the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (2002/91/EC) and the Energy End-Use Efficiency and Energy Services Directive (2006/32/EC).

What is a very low energy building?

Leadership in different way

Leadership is the influence of an individual on a group.
It is a relationship of trust temporary (and sometimes fleeting) and reciprocal (the leader must have confidence in the group that the majority of the group has confidence in him).

It is manifested by its ability to unite and mobilize the energies around a collective action. It translates to an election, whether formal or informal, explicit or implicit, in which the majority of the members of the group recognize one of their own as the legitimate leader and delegate its decision-making power (freedom to decide).

Presentation : Electric Vehicules & Waste management

As everybody know , the field : construction technology management it related with managing of project (energy , sustainable , building (passive , thermal ...)  , construction site ( foundation , slab ...) , environment...)
NB: I don't have more space, it's because of that i share it with you in Dropox :
https://www.dropbox.com/home/Presentations?preview=electric+vehicules.ppt
https://www.dropbox.com/home/Presentations?preview=Waste+Management.pptx
1- waste management
The collection, transportation, and disposal of garbage, sewage, and other waste products.
Waste management encompasses management of all processes and resources for  proper handling of
waste materials, from maintenance of waste transport trucks and dumping facilities to complianc with
health codes and environmental regulations.
2- electic vehicules:
lElectric vehicles, such as hybrid car is a clean car that runs on electricity instead of fuel. It is
therefore a sensible solution to struggle against pollution.
lHowever, production and storage of electricity consumed by the engine causing various forms of
pollution.
lElectric cars are more urban vehicles.

What do you think about this Idea!
