Organization of Project Participants

The top management of the owner sets the overall policy and selects the appropriate organization to take charge of a proposed project. Its policy will dictate how the project life cycle is divided among organizations and which professionals should be engaged. Decisions by the top management of the owner will also influence the organization to be adopted for project management. In general, there are many ways to decompose a project into stages. The most typical ways are:

• *Sequential processing whereby the project is divided into separate stages and each stage is carried out successively in sequence
• 
  

• *Parallel processing whereby the project is divided into independent parts such that all stages are carried out simultaneously
• 
  

• *Staggered processing whereby the stages may be overlapping, such as the use of phased design-construct procedures for fast track operation

It should be pointed out that some decompositions may work out better than others, depending on the circumstances. In any case, the prevalence of decomposition makes the subsequent integration particularly important. The critical issues involved in organization for project management are:

There are two basic approaches to organize for project implementation, even though many variations may exist as a result of different contractual relationships adopted by the owner and builder. These basic approaches are divided along the following lines:

1-Separation of organizations. Numerous organizations serve as consultants or contractors to the owner, with different organizations handling design and construction functions. Typical examples which involve different degrees of separation are:

• Traditional sequence of design and construction

2-Integration of organizations. A single or joint venture consisting of a number of organizations with a single command undertakes both design and construction functions. Two extremes may be cited as examples:

• Owner-builder operation in which all work will be handled in house by force account

Leadership and Motivation for the Project Team

The project manager, in the broadest sense of the term, is the most important person for the success or failure of a project. The project manager is responsible for planning, organizing and controlling the project. In turn, the project manager receives authority from the management of the organization to mobilize the necessary resources to complete a project.
The project manager must be able to exert interpersonal influence in order to lead the project team. The project manager often gains the support of his/her team through a combination of the following:

*Formal authority resulting from an official capacity which is empowered to issue orders.

*Reward and/or penalty power resulting from his/her capacity to dispense directly or indirectly valued organization rewards or penalties.

*Expert power when the project manager is perceived as possessing special knowledge or expertise for the job.

*Attractive power because the project manager has a personality or other characteristics to convince others.

In a matrix organization, the members of the functional departments may be accustomed to a single reporting line in a hierarchical structure, but the project manager coordinates the activities of the team members drawn from functional departments. The functional structure within the matrix organization is responsible for priorities, coordination, administration and final decisions pertaining to project implementation. Thus, there are potential conflicts between functional divisions and project teams. The project manager must be given the responsibility and authority to resolve various conflicts such that the established project policy and quality standards will not be jeopardized. When contending issues of a more fundamental nature are developed, they must be brought to the attention of a high level in the management and be resolved expeditiously.
In general, the project manager's authority must be clearly documented as well as defined, particularly in a matrix organization where the functional division managers often retain certain authority over the personnel temporarily assigned to a project. The following principles should be observed:

*The interface between the project manager and the functional division managers should be kept as simple as possible.

*The project manager must gain control over those elements of the project which may overlap with functional division managers.

*The project manager should encourage problem solving rather than role playing of team members drawn from various functional divisions.

في الخطأ إفادة ، إلى الأمام

ليس منا من لا يخطئ يوميا ويقع في نفس الخطأ حتى يصبح هذا الخطأ عادة، ويتمنى دائما أن يغير من نفسه حتى لا يقع في نفس الخطأ، ومن منا لا يريد أن يغير من طريقة حياته ليصبح شخصا ناجحا، لذا فإن ثمة طرقاً عديدة نضعها بين يديك لتغيير الطبع السيئ، والسلوك المعيب والفكر السقيم 

ـ1:  احمل شعارك في التغيير أينما كنت 

إذا كنت جادا في تغيير طباعك وعاداتك وأفكارك وسلوكك ليكن شعارك «ما ضعف بدن عما قويت عليه النية» . أي أن عزمك على فعل شيء أو تركه هو القوة الدافعة والمحركة ، فإذا  كان عزمك وتصميمك قويين استجاب البدن لأوامرهم وانصاع

 ـ2:  اقرأ تجارب غيرك ممن قرروا ونجحوا

تجارب الذين حاولوا تغيير طباعهم ونجحوا تنفعك في معرفة الطرق التي استخدموها للوصول إلى التغيير، وفي الإرادة التي استقووا بها على إنجاز خطوات التغيير وبلوغ النتائج المذهلة

ـ3: تجربة واحدة ناجحة مغري

إذا جربت أن تغيّر سلوكا أو طبعا معينا ، أو كسرت عادة مألوفة فلم تعد أسيرها ولم تعد تستعبدك ، فإن ذلك يعني أن لديك القدرة على تغيير سلوك آخر واجتناب عادة أخرى ، كما يعني أن إرادتك قوية ، وإنك أنت الذي  تتحكم بنفسك وغرائزك وشهواتك ، لا هي التي تتحكم فيك

 ـ4:  ابتعد عن خائري العزائم 

الطبع يكتسب من الطبع، فكما أن معاشرة الضعفاء ومسلوبي الإرادة تنقل عدوى الضعف والانهيار، فكذلك معاشرة الأقوياء وأصحاب العزائم تنقل بعض شحنات القوة والجرأة التي يتمتعون بها فإذا كان صديقك خائر الإرادة مغلوبا على أمره لا يستطيع مقاومة طبع سيئ أو عادة سلبية أو خلق معين، فإنه قد يترك في نفسك فكرة أنك لست الوحيد المصروع ، بل الصرعى كثيرون فأنت بحاجة إلى مصادقة ومسايرة الذين اقتحموا أسوار الضعف والتردد ، وتمكنوا من مقاومة بعض أو جميع الطباع السيئة

5 ـ5:  الاستعاضة عن عادة سيئة بأخرى حميدة

يطرح بعض المهتمين بشؤون النفس والتحكم بها والقدرة على الإقلاع عن العادات السلبية المشينة أسلوبا عمليا لتغيير الطباع والعادات المستحكمة، وهو أن تستبدل العادات القديمة بأخرى جديدة حتى تنسخ الجديدة القديمة ، ويقترحون أن تكون العملية تدريجية ، ذلك أن العادة المستحكمة لا تزول بسرعة وإنما تحتاج إلى شيء من الوقت هذه العادات الجديدة جيدة وصحية ونافعة ، ومع الإصرار والمواصلة والانتباه ستقلع عن عادتك القديمة 

 ـ6:  ضع قائمة بالتغييرات التي ترغب بإحداثها

ابدأ كل عملية تغيير في الطباع والسلوك بكلمة (أريد) ..  اكتب ذلك وتابعه وتذكره دائما، فإذا كنتَ تعيش القلق قل : (أريد أن أتغلب على قلقي) ابحث عن سبل الخلاص منه ..  ضع خطة ونفذها، فذلك يزيد في قدرة الوعي والإرادة والتحكم ، ولا تنس أن بناء العادة السلبية استغرق زمنا وانه جاء نتيجة الإهمال واللامبالاة وعدم التصدي لها في مهدها ، ولذا ..  لا تغير عدة طباع دفعة واحدة .. ركز على طبع واحد ولا تنتقل إلى غيره حتى تطمئن أنك قد تغلبت عليه

ـ7:  لا تفكر في ضخامة العوائق

لو كان متسلق الجبال قد فكر في الصعوبات فقط لما استطاع أن يصل إلى سفح الجبل وليس إلى قمته ، وهكذا أنت فلو كان اهتمامك منصبا على العوائق والعقبات التي تعترض طريق تغيير طباعك، وتبالغ في تصورها ، وأنها ستفشل خطتك وستحول دون إمكانية التغيير فإن ذلك فعلا سيحصل وسيثبط همتك. فكر بالعوائق ولكن بحجمها الطبيعي ، وتذكر أن الكثير منها وهمي أو مخاوف نفسية ، ولذا فإن من عمل بالقاعدة التالية أفلح : «إذا هبت أمراً فقع فيه فإنّ شدّة توقيه شرّ من الوقوع فيه»

 ـ:8  التفت إلى ما لديك من قدرا 

وهناك نقطة جوهرية في إحداث التغيير أو التبديل أو التعديل في الطباع وهي أنك لا بد أن تعرف أن طبيعة كل إنسان غنية بالممكنات والمواهب والقدرات التي عليه أن يكشفها ويحسن استغلالها .إن الذين غيروا طباعهم وثاروا على نقاط ضعفهم هم الذين وضعوا أيديهم على مكامن القدرة في شخصياتهم ووظفوها أفضل توظيف ، وبإمكانك أنت أيضا أن تشق طريق التغيير مثلهم

 ـ9:  تبديل بعض الاستعدادات الوراثية

حتى الاستعداد الوراثي ـ كما يرى بعض علماء النفس ـ خاضع لقانون التغيير وذلك بتبديل العوامل التي تخضع لها وتحسينها. فلو ورث شاب المزاج الحاد عن أبيه فلا يستسلم ، فإنه إذا اتبع خطة وقائية لتجنب الانفعال، واعتياد التوازن والاعتدال ، فإنه سيتغلب على حدية المزاج

 ـ10:  اعتماد الاعتدال والتوازن

الطباع السيئة أو العادات القبيحة غالبا ما تكون نتيجة إما إفراط ، أي إسراف ومغالاة وتجاوز ، وإما تفريط ، أي تقصير وإهمال وتهاون واعتماد قاعدة العدل والوسطية في الأمور كقاعدة حياتية عامة ، طريق آخر ومهم من طرق تبديل الطباع ونبذ الفاسد منها

إن الشراهة في الأكل، عادة سيئة ، لكن الاعتدال في تناول الطعام هو الحل الأمثل للتخلص منها ، والحب الشديد والبغض العنيف تطرف ، والحب المتوازن والبغض المعتدل هو الذي يجنبك الخسائر في كلا الحالين «أحبب حبيبك هونا ما عسى أن يكون بغيضك يوما ما ، وابغض بغيضك هونا ما عسى أن يكون حبيبك يوما ما»

ـ11:  افتح باب النقد واستقبله

الآخرون مرايانا ..  نرى في وجوههم انعكاس أعمالنا ، فإذا رأوا خصلة أو عادة أو طبيعة مخلة ارتسم ذلك على وجوههم امتعاضا وكراهة مما يدعونا إلى أن لا نكرر ذلك مستقبلاً والنقد سواء كان ذاتيا، أي (محاسبة) أو موضوعيا ، أي تسديدا ونصيحة، مطلوب لتعديل ما اعوج من سلوكنا، وما من إنسان شابا كان أو كبيرا إلا وهو بحاجة إلى النقدين معا لإجراء التحولات في عاداته وسلوكه

اكدت دراسة علمية حديثة أن الملوخية تحتوي على كميات كبيرة من الألياف التي تمتص الماء وتعمل على التخلص من الامساك ، حيث تعتبر الألياف الموجودة فيها أجود أنواع الألياف وأفضلها عملاً، وذلك لأنها مفيدة لبطانة الأمعاء وتعمل على تغذية البكتريا المفيدة الموجودة فيها كما أن الألياف الموجودة في البامية تعمل على الحفاظ على مستوى  السكر في الدم ضمن الحدود الطبيعية بتحكمها بكمية السكر الممتصة من الأمعاء، و المادة الصمغية الموجودة في هذا النبات ترتبط بالكوليسترول الموجود في الدم وباحماض الصفراء الحاملة للسموم ليتم التخلص منها

 :الموز مع الحليب يحمي المعدة

أفادت الأبحاث العلمية الحديثة بأن شرب الحليب والزبادي يساهم في حماية أنسجة المعدة من ارتفاع الحموضة، كما أن للتركيز القلوي للحليب دوراً مهماً في حماية المعدة ولذلك فإنه ينصح بشرب الحليب لحماية المعدة والحد من حدوث القرحة وخاصةً للمدخنين 

وأوضحت الأبحاث أن الأشخاص الذين يحتاجون إلى شرب الحليب والزبادي ولزيادة الفائدة من تأثير الحليب على سلامة المعدة ينصح بالامتناع عن التدخين في العام الأول، وإذا لم يستطع الشخص ذلك فإنه يمكن أن يستهلك ويتناول الحليب ويفضل كذلك لزيادة الفائدة بتناول الموز معه أو خلطه  مع الحليب والموز وشربه وخاصةً للمدخنين للحد من قرحة المعدة

 :الخس يحمي من تدهور الذاكرة

توصلت أحدث الدراسات العلمية إلى أن أورق الخس تساعد في احتفاظ المخ بشبابه وقد تبطئ من مظاهر تدهور الذاكرة الذي يترافق وتقدم المرء بالسن وأوضح ارثا كلير موريس من المركز الطبي لجامعة رش في شيكاغو، أن الخس يحتوى على  "e" كبيرة من فيتامين 
 الذي يساعد في مكافحة إفرازات الجسم الكيميائية التي تتسبب في تدمير خلايا الذاكرة

:القرنبيط مفيد للنظر وللبشرة

أثبتت دراسة حديثة أن القرنبيط يحتوي على فيتامين "أ" المفيد للنظر وللبشرة، كما أنه يحتوى على فيتامين "ج" الضروري لتوفير الطاقة للإنسان وتهدئة الأعصاب  وأشارت الدراسة إلى أن القرنبيط يحتوي على فوائد كثيرة أهمها تأمين كمية كبيرة من الألياف الضرورية لصحة الإنسان، إضافة إلى احتوائه على مواد بيولوجية حية تحمي الإنسان من أمراض عديدة , وينصح الأطباء النساء الحوامل بتناول والقرنبيط بشكل منتظم فى فترة الحمل كونه يؤمن الطاقة اللازمة للأم والألياف الضرورية للجنين

شرب الماء الساخن على المعدة الفارغة

يقول أحد أطباء القلب:

العلاج بالماء الساخن،لن تصدقوا الكم الكبير من اﻷمراض التي قدر الله سبحانه وتعالى شفاءها بالماء، فله الحمد والمنة ..
قام اﻹتحاد الياباني للأمراض بنشر التجربة التالية للعلاج بالماء حيث بلغت نتائج نجاحه 100% للأمراض التالية : -
الصداع _ الضغط _ الدم فقر الدم (الأنيميا) _داء المفاصل _ الشلل _سرعة خفقان القلب _الصرع _ السمنة _ السعال _ التهاب الحلق _ الربو _ السل _ إلتهاب السحايا _ وأي مرض آخر يتصل بالمسالك البولية _ فرط الحموضة _ وإلتهاب غشاء المعدة _ الدوسنتاريا _ الإمساك _ أي مرض يتصل بالعين والأذن والحنجرة _

- لا تتناول أي طعام أو شراب خلال الساعتين التاليتين لكل وجبة..
وقد يواجه البعض أو المرضى والمسنون صعوبة في البداية في شرب (4) كاسات ماء في وقت واحد، لذا يمكنهم أن يتناولوا أقل من ذلك، على أن يعملوا على زيادة الكمية تدريجياً إلى أن يتمكنوا من شرب الكمية المقترحة في غضون فترة زمنية قصيرة، وقد أثبتت نتائج العلاج بالماء الشفاء من الأمراض التالية في المدة المبينة مع كل منها : -

داء السكري 30 يوماً.

إرتفاع ضغط الدم 30 يوماً.

مشاكل المعدة 10 أيام.

السرطان بأنواعه 9 شهور.

السل وإلتهاب السحايا 6 أشهر.

الإمساك والمغص 10 أيام .
