Rodrigo Garcia Gonzales and Guillaume Pierre Paslier layer, installed in London, have indeed invented a container drop-shaped, consisting of a double spherical membrane produced from brown algae and calcium chloride, which protects the interior of hygienically. It carries, empties and then eats or flows without impacting the environment. A container inspired by the egg yolk in a sense: once pierced, content spreads; or more directly from molecular cuisine. "Spherification is indeed a technique used in molecular cooking that involves trapping liquids in gelatinous spheres of different sizes.
